Sakhalin-II Project "Import and installation of offshore drilling and production platforms LUN-A, PA-B"

Services on customs clearance, certification, storage and cargo handling at TBSW, cargo transportation within Sakhalin Island for project operator Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd. and its contractor "Samsung Sakhalin" LLC (2005-2008yrs)

For the period from 2005 to 2008  the following works were successfully completed:

• Development of the procedure of Platforms and component parts import to RF under Sakhalin-II Project;
• Preparation of a set of documents for obtaining and obtaining of FCS preliminary decision on classification of LUN-A and PA-B platforms and component parts in compliance with RF FEACC;
• Preparation of a set of documents for obtaining and obtaining of FCS permission for importer of LUN-A and PA-B platforms Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd to use simplified procedures of customs clearance;
• Development of project of complex certificates of conformity for LUN-A and PA-B platforms and their component parts. Information gathering, preparation of technical documentation required to obtain certificates for platforms;
• Preparation of shipping documents for platforms, component parts and associated materials for their import to RF territory;
• Customs clearance of LUN-A (June 2006) and PA-B (June 2007) platforms and component parts imported together with this platforms;
• Obtaining of permitting documents required for customs clearance, customs clearance of materials and equipment for LUN-A and PA-B platforms (2006 - 2008);
• Complete customs clearance (customs clearance of import and export cargo, preparation of complete package of documents, continuous control of all stages of cargo customs clearance);
• Delivery of materials and equipment after their customs clearance from TBSW located in Korsakov and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to the place of destination in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Kholmsk, Korsakov
