On September 6, 2025, Andrey Arsenyevich Sobolev—simply Andrey to all of us—passed away. He was 60 years old. He was known and respected far beyond Sakhalin. After founding and heading the company "Ankorsnab," Andrey managed to unite an entire team around him, which was always a family to him. He considered his employees not just colleagues, but close people—just like his partners from Russia, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries. He was respected because he himself treated everyone with respect and attention. The funeral service for Andrey Arsenyevich Sobolev will be held on September 12, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at 160a Zheleznodorozhnaya Street, in the "Black Rose" building. AncorSnab LLC offers customs carrier services to Sakhalin business 25.11.2010 22:00
More than a year ago AncorSnab LLC was established on Sakhalin.
The company renders customs services in the Far East region, offers international forwarding, forwarding within RF, express-delivery, complex procurement of companies with Russian and foreign goods. Since 30 August, after new Customs Code came into effect on 01 July 2010, AncorSnab LLC was a first company who started rendering services of customs carrier.
"For today we offer free carriage of goods that are under customs control in case of complex servicing as customs agent and customs carrier," told general director of AncorSnab LLC Andrey Sobolev.
For today AncorSnab LLC render services of customs carrier to more than 30 companies. Cost of carriage depends on type of goods, volume and complex of services the customer needs.
For example, carriage of 20 feet container under customs control costs 5700 rubles. If there several containers on one shipment carriage of each following container will be cheaper for 2500 rubles. If we render complex servicing to customer then carriage of container under customs control will cost only 2500 rubles per container.
"Our company is ready to provide all participants of foreign economic activity with information on planned expenses and grant discounts for rendered services," concluded Andrey Sobolev.
