In everlasting memory of the founder 08.09.2025 14:31
Obituary On September 6, 2025, Andrey Arsenyevich Sobolev—simply Andrey to all of us—passed away. He was 60 years old. Andrey was born on September 23 in the town of Tomari on Sakhalin Island. He graduated from the Khabarovsk Polytechnic Institute as a specialist in automotive transport. He served Russia in Makarov and Aniva, retiring with the rank of Police Lieutenant Colonel. He is remembered. He always knew how to combine strictness and kindness, order and a lively sense of humor. He was known and respected far beyond Sakhalin. After founding and heading the company "Ankorsnab," Andrey managed to unite an entire team around him, which was always a family to him. He considered his employees not just colleagues, but close people—just like his partners from Russia, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries. He was respected because he himself treated everyone with respect and attention. But the most important thing Andrey leaves behind is the memory of a man who knew how to be honest, direct, erudite, and wise. He was the soul and head of the Sobolev family; he raised his daughters, cared for each one of us, and was a father figure to many. For me, he was a mentor and a pillar of support, a person to whom one could turn with any question and always receive an honest and warm answer. Andrey loved life and our Sakhalin Island. He traveled, found inspiration in Japan and its culture, enthusiastically discovered new world cuisines, and honored the cultures of his friends. He could cook so well that everyone would gather at his table: family, friends, colleagues. He found joy in simple things—delicious food, fresh fish, new recipes, and conversations late into the night. And it was this joy for life that he passed on to everyone who was near him. We will remember Andrey as he truly was: strong, intelligent, caring, and genuine. He was someone who truly helped and united us all. A man with an open heart and a strong core. May the memory of our Andrey—uncle, friend, mentor, head of the family—be a blessing. The funeral service for Andrey Arsenyevich Sobolev will be held on September 12, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at 160a Zheleznodorozhnaya Street, in the "Black Rose" building. He would have been happy to see you. |
